​After the Project Analysis, that is the meeting process between teams and client to discuss for project delivery, about the process to follow for project, project requirements and scope, time estimation, time delivery date, team members listing, resource billing and payment process. Our experienced business analyst arranges a meeting with client, respective project manager and team members who will be involved in the project development.

​From the start of project development, our team members maintain clarity of project included if new comes and correctness of the project details. Our team members keep continuing conversation to the client and other team members to exchange information. We can't leave any loopholes in project development, we are very much concerned about the project developments, clients expectation, team members, managers and project managers.

We use both written and verbal communication to make projects.

Ambientechs have modern knowledge of projects and project management tools so we use modern tools like Jira, Github, Gitlab, Hubstaff and atlassian to increase work performance and connect all of the involved clients, managers, team members and team leaders.

Ambientech's team documents everything to keep reminders about the project. We write project plans, requirements, platforms, feedback, milestones, date and delivery in documents to deliver projects within the proper timeline with high testing.

Our project managers and team leaders review every task regularly to maintain quality of work. We send milestones of work to clients also for review in a week.

After each and each development phase, quality testing, code optimization, reviewed by managers and live testing, we send a project complete status report to the client. We mention everything in reports that has been developed and what is pending to know the client feedback and any changes required in the new phase.
